It is regulated and supervised by the Commission de surveillance du Secteur financier, 110 route d’Arlon, L-2991 Luxembourg, as an investment firm and is subject to the Luxembourg act dated 5 April 1993 concerning the financial sector, as amended. It is a member of the Association pour la Garantie des Dépôts Luxembourg (AGDL).
